We set up an 8 bed ICU in this idealistic and enterprising hospital in just 4 months from inception to completion.

Located in one of the most backward districts of Telanaga, Maa Sharda Hospital is a 120 bed hospital that is making a concrete impact on the ground by offering rural healthcare at a fraction of the cost charged by other hospitals. In the past year alone, they have treated over 3000 outpatients, handled 600 admission, and performed over 300 surgeries for the underprivileged. They have also treated over 175 COVID patients at the height of the pandemic.

Expected Impact

With 6 to 7 surgeries taking place every Friday, a 50 to 60% constant occupancy rate is expected to be achieved soon.
Tele consultation is being started with a private firm of doctors where constant monitoring of ICU patients will be done by Maa Sharda medical team, and expert consultation will be done on video call, thereby, a wider variety of ailments can be catered to in the ICU.
With more branding activities planned in the nearby villages, patients from different towns are expected to get treatments here.
